These Terms of Service (Terms) govern use of the Tjikko Network production application (the Application) and its related production workflow.
The Application is operated for the Tjikko Network YouTube channel by:

By authorizing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not authorize the Application or use its production services.

The Application supports the research, creation, organization, rendering, quality assurance, and YouTube publication preparation of Tjikko Network content. It may support educational, wildlife, documentary, entertainment, ambience, reading-focus, fictional, and related video projects.
The Application is intended for the channel operator and explicitly authorized collaborators. It is not a public video-hosting or account-management service for unrelated users.
The Application uses Google OAuth and YouTube APIs. You authorize only the Google and YouTube permissions shown during the consent process.
The Application may read channel information and manage channel content according to the permissions granted. Uploaded content may be kept private or unlisted during production and verification. Public publication should occur only after the channel operator's approval unless a separate written automation policy explicitly allows otherwise.
Use of YouTube remains subject to YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and other applicable Google policies. If these Terms conflict with a mandatory Google or YouTube requirement, the mandatory requirement controls for that service.
The operator is responsible for ensuring that content uploaded or published through the Application is lawful and appropriately licensed. Public availability of an image, video, sound, or text does not by itself grant reuse rights.
Production projects should document source URLs, creators, licenses, attribution requirements, permissions, and restrictions for external assets. Content with unclear rights may be blocked from publication.
The operator must not use the Application to upload content that infringes copyright, violates privacy or publicity rights, impersonates another person or organization, defrauds viewers, or violates applicable law or platform rules.
The production workflow may use local or hosted AI systems to generate or transform images, audio, narration, video, scripts, and other assets. Generated output may contain errors, unintended similarities, or inaccurate claims.
The operator is responsible for reviewing content before publication, including factual claims, rights, attribution, safety, disclosures, and platform compliance. The Application does not guarantee that AI-generated output is accurate, original, or suitable for publication without review.
You must not use the Application to:
The Application is provided as a production tool and may be changed, paused, repaired, or discontinued. Google APIs, YouTube features, model availability, licenses, quotas, and third-party services may change without notice.
The operator may suspend access, revoke OAuth authorization, or stop a workflow when there is a security, rights, policy, or reliability concern.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. The operator does not guarantee views, revenue, rankings, copyright clearance, platform acceptance, or uninterrupted access to Google or YouTube services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the Application, including loss of content, revenue, access, data, or channel availability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You may stop using the Application and revoke its Google access at any time. The operator may terminate or restrict use of the Application at any time for security, legal, rights, policy, or operational reasons.
Termination does not automatically remove content already uploaded to YouTube or erase records that the operator is legally or operationally required to retain.
These Terms may be updated when the Application or its operations change. The effective date at the top will be updated when a material revision is published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
